Lyons, where our venue is located, is a very small town with limited lodging options. However, it's located only 15 minutes outside of Boulder, so we recommend you stay in Boulder! Head to our 'Travel' page and you'll find a list of our recommended hotels, as well as information about our hotel block. You can also look at staying in Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, or Broomfield for more affordable options.

Yes! Your kiddos are invited but we will leave that choice up to you, especially if you need a "Mom and Dad's night out"!

Yes, we will be having an "unofficial wedding event" on Saturday. Time and location TBD. If you'd like to take advantage of a free day in Colorado, please explore however you'd like! But we will be having a casual get-together for those staying around Boulder.

We'll be at Rayback Collective in Boulder from 5pm - 7pm. Stop by for a casual hang with light snacks and drinks. Please plan accordingly for your dinner that evening! The attire is casual cocktail.

We will have a shuttle pick-up and drop-off for all guests at our Hotel block. There is free parking on location for those who prefer to drive to the venue. Please be mindful that you have to take a windy, rural road to get into Lyons with no streetlights. If you're planning on taking advantage of our open bar, we highly recommend you take the shuttle! Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the venue on Friday, August 21st. Two shuttles will depart from the Residence Inn Boulder Canyon Boulevard hotel at 3:00 PM to bring guests to the ceremony. At the end of the evening, there will be one early shuttle that will pick up from the venue at 8:30 PM, and then two buses will pick up at the venue at 10:00 PM. If you are not staying at the hotel, we recommend taking an Uber or arranging a drop-off at the hotel for the shuttle. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at the hotel for $25, or there's the East Parking Garage at 1710 29th St, about a 10-minute walk to the hotel.

Ubers/Lyfts are very difficult to get in Lyons. We highly recommend you use the shuttle service that we will be providing!

Please come in Cocktail attire (but feel free to add a mountain flair to it!) Colorado in August can be hot during the day, and can cool down to the 50's at night, so please dress appropriately. For womens footware, there will be some walking on grass.

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be outside (however mostly shaded), and we will move inside to a barn with A/C for the dance party. Colorado in August can be in the 90's during the day, so please be prepared for a dry heat! We'll provide fans to our guests during the ceremony.
